Orders ship within 2-4 business days. Because many pieces are hand-finished in small batches, some items may have slightly longer lead times — noted on the product page when applicable.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Since every piece is handmade, slight variation in glaze, grain, or texture is expected and not a defect — it's part of the object's character.
